The Shuzen Family is the strongest and most powerful Vampire family in the world of Rosario + Vampire. Many around the world fear the name of Shuzen, while vampires from across Japan gather together at the Shuzen family estate.

- Issa Shuzen, head of the Shuzen Family Household (Dark Lord in the Anime)
- Akasha Bloodriver, Issa's mistress and leader of the Three Dark Lords
- Gyokuro Shuzen Issa's wife, head of the Shuzen Family, and Commander-in Cheif of Fairy Tale
The four daughters of Issa Shuzen are:
- Aqua Shuzen, oldest daughter
- Kahlua Shuzen, older middle daughter
- Moka Akashiya, younger middle daughter
- Kokoa Shuzen, youngest daughter.
