Modified Humans are that of humans with magical powers known as Youjutsu (Monster Arts), but not much of these speices have been seen in Rosario+Vampire. Tsukune Aono, who was that of a mere human had his body reconstructed and was inserted with 109 needles that had threads of energy that sews and reconstruct cells which forms a channel that amplifies the energy which is the source of youjutsu inside his body by the dark lord, Touhou Fuhai, who developed the human modification technique.
