Gairen Yuki is the leader of Fairy Tale's 6th Subdivision.
Manga[]
Following 4th Subdivision leader Xia-Long Miao's defeat at the hands of Fang Fang Huang and Yukari Sendo, Fang Fang attempts to convince Xia-Long to become their friends and desert Fairy Tale. Just then, Gairen Yuki appears and reminds Xia-Long not to follow in the steps of his father (who was brutally punished for disobeying orders). Xia-Long breaks into a rage, asking Gairen how he knows about the incident regarding Xia-Long's father. Gairen does not reply; instead, he melts all the pillars in the room and ominously tells Xia-Long that all "those who betray him await a gruesome death". The entire ceiling collapses upon Xia-Long, Fang Fang, Yukari and Routier.
Moments later he reappears to kill Moka Akashiya but is haulted by Fang Fang and Yukari who have unfinished business with him and become his opponents. When Fang Fang slashed Gairen, he realized that he didn't feel anything when he hit him and that Gairen's plated armor is empty.

- Katana: Gairen Yuki has a sheathed katana by his left hip that he drew to kill Moka Akashiya upon confronting her but was interrupted by Fang-Fang and Yukari.

Alucard Clone Physiology: Gairen Yuki is perhaps the most mysterious sub-division leader of Fairy Tale as he appears to be a ghost inhabiting a samurai armor. Though this is later proven false as he is in truth an armor animated by the Masked King's power thus making him a clone of Alucard by extension.
- Flight: When confronting Xia-Long Miao about his shifting allegiance from Fairy Tale, Gairen appeared before him, Routier, Fang-Fang Huang, and Yukari Sendo levitating above them and later fought against the latter two by floating around.
- Corrosion: Gairen Yuki displayed the ability to corrode the concrete structures of the hallway Xia-Long, Routier, Fang-Fang, and Yukari were within to kill them by having the ceiling smash upon them.
- Enhanced Speed: Gairen Yuki has enough speed to fight against Fang-Fang and Yukari for some time before the the former landed an attack on him that shattered apart his armor and caused the power animating him to return to the Masked King
Abilities[]
- Swordsman: As he carries a katana around him when traveling around the Floating Garden, Gairen Yuki presumably possesses some skills as a swordsman with him displaying confidence in being able to kill Moka Akashiya while unsheathing it. Though despite this confidence, Fang-Fang managed to defeat him with his own swordsmanship after a short battle.
Trivia[]
- Though Gairen appears to be just another Subdivision leader serving Gyokuro Shuzen, he is in fact a direct disciple of Masked King, founder and leader of Fairy Tale. He appears to know a lot about events only known to Xia-Long and the Masked King, such as the Masked King brutally stuffing Xia-Long's father into a briefcase for signing a truce with the Huang Family without his consent, and the Masked King's subsequent warning to Xia-Long.
- What the 6th branch does is never explained. So its possible Gairen was created to lead it because it needed someone qualified as Miyabi.
