Akuha has pale skin, and dark black hair she keeps up in two pigtails. Her eyes glow red. She also occasionally wears traditional Chinese dresses, and her preferred black attire.

Synopsis
Akuha Shuzen is the oldest sister in Moka's family. Like Kahlua, she is also a member of Fairy Tale. Not much is known about her, but it was suggested by Kahlua that Akuha is not on good terms with Moka, as something happened between the two in the past. Akuha's mother died when she was young and she had lived with a relative in China before coming to live with the Shuzen family. She is extremely skilled in Chinese kung-fu, as her "Youho Saishusui" translated as "Twist Step, Plucking Hand Strike" would knock a person out for at least three days. Akuha has amazing insight in battle as she was able to see the truth behind Kaluha's "tears". She is known to the Chinese mob scene even as a child. She is called "The Black Devil" because of her black clothes and lethal kung-fu. Even Moka is in awe of her as Akuha saves her from Chinese mobsters. Akuha's name is perhaps a pun on 'agua' the Spanish word for water.
It was revealed Akuha is after Akasha, and wants to absorb her "Shinso" power.
