"Monstrels" are a fictional species of monsters in Rosario+Vampire
Monstrels (Outcast Ayashi) are monsters of mixed breed. Since they are not 'Pure-bred' monsters, they have varying powers. These usually include morphing of limbs into weapons, but their individual powers seem to be unique to the individual, as no two Monstrels have been seen with the same power.
